Windows 2003 Server R2 Secondary Certificate Authority

I have a Primary and a Secondary Radius Server. I want to be able to authenticate using PEAP and TLS with my secondary Radius Server. How do I copy my Certificate Authority Setup from my Primary Radius Server to my Secondary Radius Server.
