Windows 2003 Server Shared folder disappear

I shared the folder on Windows 2003 R3 Server. After some hours the shared folder becomes unshared and the shared and security button also missing. After reboot the things are coming back.

I mapped the shared folder from my client machine.

Can any one help to over come this problem ?
