Windows 2003 SP1 Print Spooler

I use Win Server 2003 SP1 (This is also our Domain Server) to connect about 20 users to printers using “Find in Directory”. The users the printers wont print with a “access denied, unable to connect”. I have tried restarting the domain server as well as the print spooler but this does not fix the problem.

When I look at the Domain Server I also do not see the printers listed anymore. I will start the Print Spooler and the printers will be there. But then the Print Spooler will fail.
