Windows 2003 thin client users rights

Hi!

hey yesterday one of my friend was asking about a very unique problem he faced/found when he was teaching / training his student in windows 2003 terminal server chapter

the problem he described is as follows
” windows 2003 server as terminal server & other pur thin client machine, users where confgured in local machine , permission whereset on a different drive. users are able to login properly from their thinclient machine but…. yes the right assign to them on a different folder on different drive were not working satisfactory ,that is they were able to create files & folders but not able to delete it, other strange thing s that users when logged in where able to do create,delete,modify any thing on ther desktop but again the individual directory where they have been granted full access was not working satisfactory, any ideas
