Windows 2003 VPN Accept by MAC

I have a Windows 2003 server which I have configured for VPN. All works well. I would like to protect the internal network so I have got the users to provide username, password and domain names when they log in. They also have to provide a key. I belive it is possible to accept incoming calls by MAC addresses only. Does anyone know how to do this??
