Windows 2003 VPN access control

I am trying to lock down access via a windows VPN client to a specific server on my local network. I would like to have the clients ONLY be able to access this particular server and this server only. How and where do I setup this control list?

I am using Windows 2003 Server Routing and Remote Access for the VPN server side.
