windows 2008 Terminal server ” your profile has not loaded correctly” Error

I have about 100 employee’s who have Terminal Server accounts. The accounts are all the same all were copied from the same start up account. I have 4 of them that when i try to log onto the Terminal Server which is windows server 2008 i get the error your profile has not loaded correctly you have been logged on with a tem. profile changes will not be saved. I have remade the accounts , i have deleted them from the C:\profiles on both Terminal servers and still i get this error with 4 out of 100 accounts.Any thoughts on this subject would be great.
