Windows 2k3 R2 server not able to join the domain

Hi All,

I hv W2k3 R2 PDC with Active Directory services. Am able to join the windows xp machines to this domain.

However when i try to join the W2K3 R2 server to the same AD i get the following error.

“Attempt to join this computer to the domain xxx failed”

“Remote procedure call failed and can not execute”

Can any one through some light on this??
