Windows/3rd Party Software Patching Solution

Would appreciate any input regarding your experience with Windows and 3rd party patching solutions. Our environment is ~425 Windows PC’s and Servers in 2 locations, with a few Mac’s and Linux servers.

Considering folks like Lumension, LANDesk, Dell/KACE, Shavlik, etc and would be very grateful to hear about your experiences with any of these solutions.
