Windows 64 bit server performance advisor

Hi,

I am looking to put on Windows 2003 Server performance monitor but keep getting an error when installing the spa2.msi.
Error Message – This setup required .net framework version 1.1.4322
I already have .NET 2.0.
I have follwed the article on theis website http://geekswithblogs.net/pavelka/archive/2006/02/14/69425.aspx
basically it says reconfigure the .msi. I have carried out the tasks on this site but still continue to get the error above.

Any advice on this or even an alternative permoance monitoring tool for a Windows 2003 -64 bit server greatly appreciated.
