windows 7 lan connection get’s no internet access

windows 7 lan connection get’s no internet. get’s ip from domain and pings google.com. Not able to ping the machine. Disabled on board nic replaced with new nic , still same issue. Computer is not joined to the domain. No proxy needed for network. Put pc on guest network, still same issue.

any suggestions?
