Windows 7 Printing Colour Management

When I printed a picture from a Microsoft Word 2007 document, the colours did not turn out the way it looked on the monitor. I didn’t think that was ink deficiency problem because we just had new ink tanks installed and there were still plenty in the tanks. There is no option between CMYK and RGB like a graphics program.

I wonder if there is something we can do on ICC profiles with the Canon MP610 printer we have. Could somebody tell me how do we determine what profiles to add?
