Windows 7 Server 08 partition won’t boot right…?

So i made a windows 7 server o8 dual boot. Problem is the system boots up, cpu runs, power supply fan runs, i can hear the hard drive enague. Problem is there is no output to the screen and the mouse doesn’t even light up. It’s like the system is on but can’t see nothing. At first I thought maybe it didn’t pass the post, but the hard drive is running. Any thoughts?? Thanks..
