Windows 95/98

I am planning on dual booting win98/winnt on a 10gb hard drive what will be the best possible partitioning to set up as a lab to use for studying for certification.I donot want to network or anything else.How do I plan the for installation of the drive and will I need a third party software to partition the hard drive
