Windows 95 Clients with a 2012 DC

Hi All,

I am looking to install a Server 2012 Domain Controller in the company i work for, we currently have the following domain controllers.

Server 2003
Server 2008
Server 2008R2

Domain Functional Level

Windows Server 2003

Forrest Functional Level

Windows Server 2003 interim

What affect would putting a 2012 DC have on the network, considering we do have Win NT + 95 + 98 clients.
