Windows 98 (1st edt.) Hangs on shutdown.

I installed Borderware IPSEC VPN Client software on my Toshiba Tecra 8000 laptop. I am having problems when Windows 98 shuts down, it hangs at the screen “Windows is shutting down”. This only occurs when I have my laptop in the docking station. Ihave tried disabling and enableing fast shut down and neither corrected the problem.

Any ideas?
