windows 98 as a vpn server?

Does anyone know? Can Windows 98 be used as a VPN server as opposed to a client. I have a small network that I share with my partner, and we use an older machine as a server — would rather not upgrade to Win2k b/c of the age of the machine (266 MHzw/ 192mb ram; 80g and 7g HD).

Obviously nothing built into Win98, but is there an adapter (software or hardware) that can be added (easily) to allow this Win98 machine to be used as a VPN server?
