Windows 98 Session Time to keep alive

I have peer-to-peer star utp windows 98/NT 4.0 Workstation network , and i would like to know how to keep a windows 98 session established with a certain shared network resource “alive” for a longer time. May be there is some key in the Registry ( like in NTs Registry).
