Windows 98se error codes

I have a system running win98 se amd k6/2 at 450 128 mb of ram I get the following error codes(a fatal exception oe at 0167:bff9dfff,
explorer has caused a general protection fault in module user.exe at 0006:00001f22)also when on the internet netscape 4.73 keeps shutting down by itself. I have done a fresh install of windows I have changed out the ram. I can’t seem to find anything on technet any help would be greatfull
