Can anyone help please. I bought a new pc and tried to install McAfee Security Suite and it made my system unstable therefore I uninstalled it and it left the system sort of ‘glitchy’ – slow, hanging up for 10-15 seconds etc. Therefore I decided to use the recovery CD that came with my pc and take the computer back to its factory settings. This was all fine until I had to input my Windows Activation Key – in the 5 boxes where you input the letters and numbers of the key it would not allow me to enter the number 0 which is part of the activation key. I can use any number and any letter except the number 0 (not on my keypad either) or the letter o.
Can Anyone shed some light on this mystery as my pc is useless at the moment.
