Windows can not find

When I open my 3 disk drives C,D & E The error is Windows cannot find ‘copy.exe’. I can not open the drives normally by double clicking I need to open by right click and by selecting explore, I tried to install some anti-virus and andti-spyware and scanned my drives, I removed some spyware which I think are the one who causes the error but when I finished the scan and tried to open my drives the errors is still the same.

Please help me solve this, can we solve it manually? Some Guru here..
