Windows CE .Net for 64 bit

I’m have a Windows 2008 R2 64bit server. I have a device I need to connect but Windows 2008 keeps asking me that it needs a Windows CE .Net 5.0 driver.

Where can I get this driver for a 64bit?

The manufacturer of the device only has a 32bit driver.
