Windows Enterprise Edition Server 2003 memory problem

I have an IBM SRX 345 Server, which I installed
8 gig of RAM. The BIOS sees the memory, but Windows Enterprise Edition Server 2003 only sees 4 gig of RAM. Is there a setting in Windows Server that I need to change to access the additional 4 gig of RAM? I am running Service Pack 2.
