WIndows Explorer

here is the situation. I copy and past the problem from a user. Anyone has any ideas. Restarting the machine is a solution…but this is happening all too often….

When windows explorer is open and I am trying to utilize other Microsoft products (word, excel, etc.), if I type a small “r” on the keyboard, the explorer window comes to the front and becomes the active window.

Any suggestions?
