Windows Explorer in Windows 10

I saw a TechRepublic promo that offered some kind of report on fixing, modifying, or customizing (I don’t remember which) Windows Explorer in Windows 10. This was an offer for new subscribers. But I’m already a subscriber so didn’t want to do it again. How the new Windows Explorer operates is my main peeve about Windows 10 at this point, but now I can’t find this offer or any similar report. Anybody know anything about this, or did I dream it?
