Windows Fax Service – Let users see same fax documents?

I have two new server setups, one using Win 2K3 x86 and one using Win 2K3 x64.

On both, I have a shared Fax printer.

On the x86 server, both network users see all the same fax documents (sent, received, trash, etc.) which is how I want it to be.

On the x64 server, only the server console user (via Remote Desktop) can see the faxes; no outside user on the network connecting to the same Fax printer can see these.

What’s going on here, and how can I make the latter setup show all received faxes to all users?
