‘Windows has detected that this is part of a domain

Hi Guys. i have a user at my work who is getting the above message ‘Windows has detected that this is part of a domain’ message wheh she tries to access the web with a wired or wireless connection at home. no issues when she is in the office. i have tried repairing the NIC, checked that the NIC is configured to pick up a dhcp address and dns automatically. and IE is not configured to go through a proxy server. any ideas on what could be causing this?
