Windows Installer & MDAC

I have downloaded the WrapperSetup.Exe from Microsoft include the ability to install MDAC and DCOM with the installer’s package. I have not been able to determine how to use this. Has anyone been able to use this or reccomend another strategy to include MDAC and DCOM? Thanks!
