Windows mouse

I am having trouble with my mouse not allowing the copy/cut/paste function while on the internet only. I have tried reloading the mouse/the driver/and booting the computer. I have also tried using a different mouse.

I know the program must be corrupted, but have no clue what to do next.

PS My lap top is still working fine, so it isn’t in the DSL
