Windows not booting

i have recently changed my motherboard to exactly the same one because the graphics contoller had gone. Now, the new motherboards boots up with the post boot beep but as windows is starting it crashes and restarts and keeps doing the same thing again and again. The hard disk is a maxtor 200 GB SATA but not as a RAID set up. The motherboard in question is: Gigabyte 8KNXP 478 Socket. I have tried tweeking the bios settings but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Hitesh
