WINDOWS NT 4.0 server dialup

When trying to dialup into the server, who’s configured as a single, workgroup server, my win9x machines pop up a message that states that I have to enter the user name, password, and domain. This has not happened before, and I’m going nuts trying to find out what the hell the problem is, any help would be appreciated.
