Windows NT installation problem

I am installing Windows NT 4.0 Server on a machine having Intel 440BX motherboard, 2 Pentium III CPUs, 512 MB RAM and 2 SCSI HDD of 9.1 GB each.
I loaded the SCSI drivers during initial setup phase. Then it copied all installation files on the HDD and then prompted to restart.
After restarting, it is giving Blue Screen error saying “BOOT_DEVICE_NOT_ACCESSIBLE”.

Please let me know the solution..
