Windows NT workstation out of memory

I have windows nt ws on 26 computers, when we try to run corel office 2000 I encounter out of memory problems, printing problems, and files being deleted off of floppy disks. The computers are 700mhz with 2 partitons on 10 mg hard drives with 64 mgs of ram. I have them printing to HP 2100’s using jet direct. This problem is sporatic and is driving me insane. I would like to uninstall nt and install 98 to resolve this problem. How can I do this as quickly as possible?
