Windows protection error and blue screen

I have changed my PC over to a new case and now when i start it up i sometimes get Windows protection errors and Blue Screens Of Death everywhere. Also my PC started randomly rebooting itself like i had hit the reset button. I have formatted and tried a clean install but to no avail. Whats happening here?
