Windows Server 2000 Administrator Password – locked

I am having a windows Server 2000 and it has pcAnywhere software in it. I am unable to get access to the system via the Administrator Login screen. When I use the pcAnywhere file transfer option, I am able to get into the system using the Administrator and Administrator password.

What could be the problem?
Can I try to restart and login again?

Anyone who has the experience of breaking this and saving the system please lend your help.
