windows server 2003

Hi,

I recently built a file server and installed windows 2003 server on it. After it installed and got to the desktop I noticed that everything was very sluggish and slow to open anything.

I have spent a lot of time troubleshooting this issue, stopping services etc…

One thing though when started in safe mode everything is fast like it should be. So I know its something thats running.

This is such a weird problem and I have never run across this. I mean the drivers aren’t even installed yet.

Any help would be great!
