Windows Server 2003 Boot Sequence Problem

Using as a standalone. Somewhere along the line (I’m a novice with this) the boot sequence changed to the CD/DVD drive. I went to the BIOS and was able to change primary boot to the HD, but when I checked CMOS the CD/DVD drive was in the primary position. I tried the arrows and page up/down keys but it seems to be stuck as the primary. My dilemna is that I do not have the CD to boot the system from and I can’t get to a command screen, even if I knew what to do when I got there. Is there a genius out there who can lead the blind here????
