windows server 2003 crash down due to OS problem.

My question is:
Think, all the hardware of a server is ok. But server is shutdown on Saturday. I powered on using HP iLo and the server status comes to normal condition. On Monday the server shutdown once again for the same reason and facing same problem. I am not able to boot the server to normal stage. I am not able to repair the operating system using recovery console or by using installation cd. but it is in critical environment. Assume, this is a banking client. on Monday some one deposited Rs 10 crores before server crash down. Then how we have to recover that data and operating system
We can recover the data up to Saturday. But i need data on Monday.
How to recover the Monday data?
