Windows Server 2003 Dial-up Access

Hello everyone,

I need help getting Server 2003 to reconigize the modem. I’ve loaded the drivers for the adapter (Agere Systems PCI Soft Modem)through the Phone/modem tab on the control panel. System recognizes the software but delivers an error message at activation and times out.

QUESTION: How do I get Server 2003 to see/access the modem that’s assigned?
