Windows Server 2003 File sharing to Non-domain users

Good day! I would like to ask how to share files to non-domain users? In the sharing permissions, I don’t want to set “Everyone” to see a specific folder, I just want 2 computers (not a domain user) and 1 domain user to access this folder.
