Windows Server 2003 Folder Permissons

Hello Everyone

Can anyone help me with my problem please:

My Problem is:

I have an share folder on my sever name “DATA” which contains every employee named folder in it and everyone have right to access only his folder. i want that if a person enters in DATA folder, the contents of folder may be hidden to him else the folder whose permisson he have. i.e “DATA” contains folder named A , B , C.
if a user A access to DATA folder he may see only folder A to him, other 2 folder B, C should be Hidden to him.
