Windows Server 2003 has stopped browsing the web

My Second domain Controller (Win 2003 Server)
has stopped browsing the web. I only noticed it
as the AVG anti virus hadn?t updated.

The first DC is working, all the PCs on the
network are working, and I also have a Citrix
server that is also working.

I?ve checked all the usual settings DNS,
gateway, fire wall, Taken all the IE 7 setting
back to default, Cleared all the history. Still
it won?t browse the internet.

The error is: Internet explorer cant display the
web page.

Any ideas?
