Windows server 2003 migration

I am runnning two Windows server 2003 as primary and backup Active Directory, Domain Controller in dell power edge and I am planning to migrate to the IBM server and I have installed two new servers with Windows server 2003. Please advise to migrate active directory and domain controller in new servers. suggestios are appriciated, thank you
