Windows Server 2003 Share Access Policies

Hi,

I am working on a Server which has Windows server 2003 installed on it. I require some folders on the server to be shared but some policy ( I believe ) is revoking that access contimually.

Please let me what that policy ( if it is some policy ) can be and what logs to check to find out how the access is getting removed?
