Windows Server 2003 std to SBS 2011 essentials Migration

I currently have a server 2003 sp2 standard and I want to migrate to a SBS 2011 Essentials server. I can find info on sbs 2003 to 2011, but nothing on my configuration. Any advice or a link to a white paper of “How to” sheet would be great. What should I look out for> Both are Dell servers. The 2011 was pre-installed by Dell. I have not booted it up yet.
