windows server 2003

my workstations on the network have a drive mapped on them from the server be driver is disconnecting by itself and i have to restart the server to get back on this happens sometimes 2-5 times a day and sometimes it dont happen for a few days at all

help being fighting this for months now my next resort is change the server and start with a new server
