Windows Server 2008 and Sharepoint 2010

I have been out of the work force for 5 years now and looking to get back with Windows Server 2008 and Sharepoint 2010. The problem is where do I start? I was OCP (Application Developer) and in the 5 years not working in the field, I studied PHP/MySQL and MySQL 2005. I am really interested in learning the above products as well as Virtualization.
Where to begin?
