Windows Server 2008 VPN

I have VPN setup on a Windows Server 2008 Standard edition. PPTP is enabled. I have an issue with remote access clients. The server only allows 7 concurrent users. I’ve checked the PPTP port properties. The maximum allowed connections on the PPTP port is set to 128. How do I configure it to allow more than 7 users.
