Windows server monitoring and reporting

I am looking for recommendations for software that can monitor a number of windows SBS 2003 and server 2003 and services such as external databases and ftp sites both locally and located in our colocation facility that will email my blackberry or sms if any set errors or events occur.

Can anyone recommand any software that can facilitate this?
