Windows Server restarts with blue screen dump error

Server restarts few days or few months once.I replaced the 2x1Gb ram and I reinstalled windows 2003 server.But I got same problum with

Error code 0000009c, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 808977a0, parameter3 be000300, parameter4 1008081f.

Please any body help me.
